Testimonials

We were recommended to see Aaron for some repairs to our transmission by our regular mechanic

Aaron was super helpful with both the diagnosis methods, explained exactly what was going.on and how they pin pointed the problem as well as assisting with the requirements for the warranty claim.

The repairs were completed. We picked up the car and everything went as smooth as silk from start to finish.

I highly recommend Aaron and his team for anything DSG transmission related.

Aaron is the best at what he does and seems dedicated to delivering a quality service at a reasonable price. He knows his stuff, goes above and beyond to accomodate his customers, offers a range of services and is by far the most trustworthy mechanic I've used locally. Aaron is always professional, and I have recommended Aaron to friends who have all been happy they took their cars to Aaron.

I rarely give reviews and only when something is exceptional. I've now been to West End Service Centre East Brisbane four times, and they have always exceeded my expectations. All the work was explained and where possible demonstrated to me, and they solved problems far more cheaply and quickly than I'd expected. And, Nick is impressively friendly, seems entirely genuine, and he even adapted when I forgot to bring my car in when we'd agreed! I'm definitely going to keep taking my car there.

Feels like a new car again!! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Nick is a genuine guy and goes out of his way to help you out. I’ve always dreaded taking my car to get serviced at a mechanic as it always feels like you can’t really trust their advice and my experience today couldn’t be more opposite to that! I will definitely be using Nick and his team from now on. Thanks again guys.

Aaron and the team have been amazing over the last 2 months fixing all the items on my car from spark plugs to my suspension repairs and engine mounts and even got my aircon working again and blowing cold air. Thanks team for all the work. Highly recommended for air conditioning repairs!

Very friendly staff with great communication skills. The price was reasonable and the service time was quick! Would recommend to anyone in the area or outside best mechanic experience I've had in a very long time!
